Theodore A. Bechtold, Esq. resigned as Staff Counsel of
the American Stock Exchange after enduring
extraordinary dereliction of duty by senior Exchange
counsel. After two years leading a team of lawyers
working on the historic IPO Securities Litigation he was
terminated by the IPO Securities Litigation Executive
Committee in September 2005.  He was fired solely for
efforts to protect client interests.  Since then he has
worked continuously to remove Milberg Weiss and the
IPO Executive Committee from that case.

These efforts are about to enter a new phase.  The
federal whitewash of the criminal case against Milberg
Weiss and the improper influence demonstrated by
these lawyers require action outside of Court.  The New
York Project will begin a period of active public
objection to the control of New York Courts by a cabal of
criminal lawyers.
